Eventful Tables has not launched. The restaurants, discounts, timings, ratings and availability shown are samples and are not confirmed with the restaurants. Demo bookings made here do not reserve a real table. The waitlist and sign-up forms are real, and the Privacy Policy covers them. Everything below applies from the day real bookings open.
We are a booking platform run by Eventful Media Pte. Ltd. Restaurants list their quiet-hour deals with us, you book a timing, and the restaurant seats you and applies the discount. The meal itself, the food, the service and the premises are the restaurant's responsibility, not ours.
You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to that email safe, since anyone with it can use your account. You must give accurate details when booking, and you must be the one showing up or in the party that does.
No fake bookings, no holding tables you do not intend to use, no reselling bookings or slots, and no scraping or copying the platform's data.
We work hard to keep the platform accurate and running, but we provide it as is and cannot promise it is always available or error free. We are not responsible for the restaurant's food, service, hygiene, allergen handling or premises. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Singapore law that cannot be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. For everything else, since booking is free, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at S$100.
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and meaningful changes get notice on the site or by email. These terms are governed by Singapore law and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
